The Bathroom Attendant plays an important role in supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming restroom environment. This position enhances the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attentiveness while ensuring restroom areas remain safe and fully stocked.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and offer courteous assistance.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Address guest requests and escalate concerns to management.
- Keep restrooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Replenish restroom supplies frequently.
- Help manage guest flow during busy periods.
- Provide directions or basic venue information to guests.
- Support restroom needs during special events and peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest-facing roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
