Role:
 
We are looking for a passionate Junior  Receptionist who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Receptionist will have the service knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience from the moment they walk in the door to the moment we wave them goodbye.

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do.
• Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget. Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
• Real pride and passion for what you do.
• Previous experience using ‘Opera’ is a must
• Previous experience of working as a Receptionist in a similar 5 star hotel environment.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
