The Company

Sister company to Spring Studios, Spring Place is a new, hospitality driven collaborative workspace concept that connects work, leisure and culture for a select community of thought leaders, entrepreneurs and global creative professionals.

The Role

Spring Place is looking for a Workspace Host who will fill a key role in maintaining the appearance and presentation of Spring Place. In this role you will be required to wear many hats. You are responsible for running F&B orders, servicing meetings rooms and cleaning work spaces, all while serving high quality membership service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o Anticipate Membership needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
o Maintain positive relations at all times.
o Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
o Monitor and maintain cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
o Use correct cleaning chemicals for different surfaces in spaces.
o Clean conference rooms according to priority and brand standards.
o Service meeting rooms.
o Dust and polish furniture as well as lighting fixtures.
o Garbage removal.
o Set up desired work spaces according to client's needs.
o Transport special requests dispatched by Member Services, such as packages and restaurant orders.
o Bus work spaces and clear area of glassware and dinnerware.

Skills & Qualifications:

o Highly organized with excellent time management.
o A high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.
o Ability to deliver quality service, efficiently and within required deadlines.
o Experience working in a fast-paced, efficiency demanding environment.
o Passion for/experience in hospitality industry a plus.
o Calm demeanor under pressure.
o Be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
