Assistant Manager – Station Tavern, Cambridge –  Up to 35k plus tronc/overtime

We’re looking for an Assistant manager for the Station Tavern in Cambridge, situated a literal stone’s throw from Cambridge Train Station.   We have a steady band of regular customers and we’re all about fantastic vibes, excellent service, and great food.    You’ll be a real people person – a dab hand at dealing with guests and leading a team on shift.  You’ll have plenty of opportunity to help shape and grow the business as a key member of the team.

In return we will offer you a whole heap of development opportunities – If you goal is General Manager then we can work to develop you in-house, as well as offer access to a whole range of development courses and career opportunities – most of our General Manager appointments are internal.
