Full-time role, 45 hours a week, 5 days

£38-£43k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant)

·         Be fluent in English

·         Have already been working as a Supervisor/Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment.

·         Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.

·         Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members               of  the team a natural focus.

·         Have a ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")

·         Have a genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike – to ensure you have one of the happiest teams in           the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends.
