Since 1994 we have served high-quality, fresh, traditional sushi and grilled yakitori sticks, always striving to be the greatest hosts we can.

Being Danish, we don’t like hype or superficiality, so we hire big smiles and small egos. People who can go much further than expected. We don’t waste our time on anyone who isn’t a team player.

People who take their work, but not themselves, too seriously are the ones everybody likes the most. Such attitudes never scared away a guest or annoyed a colleague - it’s an attitude we rate highly.

Our Restaurant Managers lead our front of house on a day to day basis, coaching fishes to be the greatest hosts.

We don’t have a clear answer to what kind of background qualifies you for this job, but if you are one of us and have great experience and have strong English communications skills (Danish is a plus)  then we can teach each other everything from sticks to sushi.
