We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Caterings Manager to join our team in Copenhagen!

Are you experienced within sales, have a proactive approach and a high sense of service? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our Sales & Service Team. 

As our new Sales & Caterings Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth through optimized covers, reservations, profitable catering, and any one-off events.

Leading the Sales Team you will manage the day-to-day running of our Call Centre, ensuring call quality, accuracy, efficiency of the team, to maximize covers, revenue, and repeat business, using our reservation system to its full potential.

You will be proactive in seeking new catering and event opportunities, always executing them to our high Sticks'n'Sushi standards.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that phone service standards and efficiency are met at all times
  • A good understanding of finances to drive/maximize covers and understand reporting and analytics
  • Proactively driving large, profitable sales volumes
  • Manage on-brand campaigns
  • Manage cover growth using suitable third-party relationships, group bookings, events and additional revenue streams
  • Maximize our private dining rooms for catering event opportunities
  • Ensure we handle bookings consistently, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Always being point of contact for group bookings and ensure contact with guest inquiries within 24 working hours
  • Administrator and execute internal and external events, working with our Operations Team
