Essential Functions include:
Aligning with The Team
Greeting our customers
Welcoming our customers
Presenting them with options and explaining the listed menu items
Interacting with guests to determine their needs
Taking customer orders and putting them into the Square POS system
Serving food in a timely fashion; quickly to develop repeat customers
Collecting payment
Thanking customers
Saying goodbye to customers and wishing them well
Cleaning the work area and surrounding customer areas regularly throughout the shift

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position very often requires an early morning work schedule. This position requires work on weekends and also holidays to accommodate the hours of operation of the cafes. We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time employees, to be determined in advance of hiring.

Physical Demands
The employee is required to stand; walk; occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
