New York's largest outdoor Summer Garden & Bar brings the bounty of summer to the heart of Manhattan, supporting local family farms in the Hudson Valley, Upstate New York and the North and South Forks of Long Island.
We are currently offering Line Cook Opportunities for our very busy Summer Garden & Bar.
• Proven cooking experience, preferably in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Clean and organized working habits
• Familiar with industry best practices
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Availability to work nights, weekends & holidays is a MUST!
