Manager of Food Safety:
The Manager of
Food Safety & Quality Assurance will have responsibility for brand
protection in terms of global food safety and will also develop, execute
implementation of continuous improvement projects to enhance food quality
processes and enforce food safety policies company-wide, while adhering to
compliance with Regulatory Agencies.
As the company expands its business, this position will develop and implement guidance defining policy, training needs, and providing support to all aspects of the organization (operations, development, etc.) to ensure the safety of our product. The person will support Operations Services by developing and implementing programs related to food quality and safety at the operational level. This position will report directly to the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

· Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
· For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
· Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
· Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
