Sr Technical Analyst:

As we continue to expand our operations and embrace technological advancements, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team.  Successful candidates possess the demonstrated ability to connect technology and business. This includes evaluating complex business and technical requirements and creating clear and concise documentation. We value teamwork and independence. Ideal candidates will have a background in technology and business product team partnerships, with a focus in HRIS.  Experience in the retail industry, Master Data Management and Business Process modeling is a plus.

 

What You’ll Do:   

  • Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions establishing project scope, system goals and requirements.  Ensuring alignment with company priorities and the long-term IT strategy for Enterprise Systems and vendors.
  • Lead setup, configuration and administration of systems, tracking necessary version updates, implementation of change control rules, nonbusiness configuration and coordination of adding additional modules, plugins and integrations.
  • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
  • Gather and assess requirements, lead requirements and implement the development of effective business solutions
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures while implementing best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance and system performance.   
  • Help implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance and system performance
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and provide communication to the appropriate channels
  • Provide support for escalations issues and track issues using ticketing system
  • Oversee and manage contracts, budgets and vendors associated with Enterprise Systems.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis.
  • Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management, production control, following standards, architecture review, incident response, PCI and PII information security, etc.).
  • Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
  • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
  • Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values
  • Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
  • Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals

The Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in a lead role contributing to successful implementations of enterprise systems in a complex organization
  • Retail, ERP and/or HRIS software experience required (i.e. Back-Office Systems, NetSuite, UKG, ADP).
  • Detail-oriented mindset, Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that result in efficiencies’ that drive business and technical efficiencies
  • Expertise in data integrations.
  • Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization
  • Establish and maintain documentation that serves as a reference for the broader organization
  • Skilled at prioritizing needs and escalations with an understanding of the impact to the organization
  • Ability to mentor and lead training sessions on software applications for end users of all skill sets.
  • Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Occasional Travel Required

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
