We are looking for a seasoned Brand Manager to expand the CAVA experience to even more people through an innovative pipeline of category-defining products. This role will lead category strategies, develop integrated marketing programs, and work closely with cross-functional partners, including Culinary, Creative, Media, Digital, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
The best candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, product development, and market analysis who is deeply passionate about food, people and culture. This role requires a blend of strategic development, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and achieve business targets.
