Talent Acquisition Partner:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying management talent for CAVA restaurants nationwide. You will be responsible for partnering with Operations Hiring Managers to provide best-in-class strategic partnership and must demonstrate the ability to attract top-tier talent to the team while providing candidates with an exceptional experience.



What You’ll Do:

  • Help shape a first in class Recruiting program that allows CAVA to attract and retain top talent by proactively partnering with Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs and organizational goals across an assigned geographic region
  • Partner with Field Operations teams within an assigned region to create a staffing plan to recruit for New Restaurant Openings and maintain staffing levels for existing locations (including hourly team members and restaurant managers)
  • Manage a dashboard of job requisitions to conduct full cycle recruiting including screening applicants, sourcing applications externally, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, arranging interviews, delivering offers, and introducing candidates to the benefits of joining the CAVA team
  • Work cross functionally with CAVA Support Center teams including Compensation, Total Benefits + Rewards, HRIS and People + Culture
  • Reporting to Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, partner with greater Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on mapping role criteria, defining position description and establish hiring timelines
  • Utilize external sourcing techniques such as Indeed and LinkedIn to conduct proactive candidate outreach
  • Support corporate hiring managers in the Support Center (HQ) - writing job descriptions, placing job postings, screening talent, arranging interviews, and helping build our behind-the-scenes teams
  • Promote positive hiring practices at CAVA - conducting interview trainings, management interviews, and leading team orientations
  • Act as the point of contact and maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidates, train managers, and troubleshoot issues in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Harri
  • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Constantly think of new and innovative ways to bring the best and brightest to CAVA
  • Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
  • Earn the trust of partners within Support Center and Field Operations, Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values
  • Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
  • Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
  • Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business


The Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting focused role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem solving and research skills, including a strong comfort level with using and troubleshooting various technologies
  • Hospitality experience encouraged



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
