The Role
As a key member of the Ops
Services Team, the Senior Manager of Operations Integration ensures
that communications and rollouts from Support Center teams are clearly
delivered, effectively executed, and fully supported across restaurant
operations. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, helping
Operations stay informed, engaged, and empowered.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including
Culinary, FSQA, Tech, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience,
Development, and People + Culture to support operational rollouts.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable
communications for restaurant teams and Ops Leadership.
- Partner with Learning + Development to support
training content and delivery for new systems, seasonal rollouts, and
initiatives.
- Leads and enhances field-facing communication
strategies, continuously finding more effective, engaging, and efficient
ways to connect with restaurant teams.
- Manage unplanned communications and ensure urgent
information is shared quickly, clearly, and accurately with the field.
- Lead and support company-wide contests and engagement
- Maintain and improve the operations feedback loop to
ensure two-way communication between Support Center teams and restaurant
operations.
- Build strong relationships with field leadership to
gather feedback and continuously improve communications and support tools.
- Track and report on rollout effectiveness and
engagement, focusing on ROI and impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in restaurant operations leadership,
preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Experience supporting or working within an Ops
Services, Ops Excellence, or Integration team.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and
visual—with experience in instructional writing and presentations.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook,
SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g.,
Monday.com).
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring impact
and ROI.
- Passion for food, people, and storytelling.
- Innovative and adaptable—comfortable with change and
ambiguity.
*This role is located
on-site in Washington, D.C. with commitment to be in-office 3 days a week.
