Assistant Brand Manager

As Assistant Brand Manager at CAVA, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns and initiatives. From managing timelines and creative deliverables to helping coordinate cross-functional alignment, you’ll be a key contributor in bringing our seasonal storytelling and marketing programs to life. You’ll also support trend research, brand performance tracking, and content development across a variety of channels. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, collaborative self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative brand environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support development of the annual brand plan and collaborate with leadership to track key brand KPIs
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, menu launches, and guest engagement initiatives
  • Develop campaign briefs, presentation materials, and go-to-market plans
  • Manage project timelines, creative deliverables, and trafficking materials to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
  • Own end-to-end project management for brand activations, events, and guest experiences, from concept development and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event analysis
  • Track campaign performance, guest sentiment, and social trends to help inform strategy and content development
  • Conduct competitive research, industry trend audits, and cultural scanning to keep the team informed and inspired
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure campaigns and menu launches are executed consistently in-store and online, gather feedback, and drive product performance
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by leading brainstorms, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions that translate big ideas into executable plans.
  • Oversee campaign and activation budgets and track spending against forecasts, support ROI analysis, and partner with Finance to evaluate the business impact
  • Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints and contribute to a strong, cohesive brand presence in every guest interaction


The Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, project coordination, or related marketing/communications roles
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for brand storytelling, guest experience, and creative marketing
  • Experience working with creative teams or agency partners is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
