Regional Vice President, Field Operations
The Regional Vice President, Field Operations is responsible for leading a broad portfolio of restaurants, markets, and above-restaurant leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a values-driven team member culture at scale. This field-based executive role translates company strategy into disciplined operational execution across multiple markets while building the leadership bench, operating rhythms, and cross-functional partnerships required to support sustainable growth.
As a senior field leader, the Regional Vice President is accountable for portfolio health across people, operations, and profitability. This leader shapes regional strategy, strengthens organizational capability, and partners closely with the Chief Operations Officer and cross-functional executives to evolve how CAVA scales.

What You’ll Do:
· You will lead and coach a team of above restaurant leaders (Market Leaders & Area Leaders), holding them accountable for restaurant operations, people development, and performance metrics.
· Own portfolio performance across sales, profitability, labor, controllables, guest experience, food quality, and operational standards.
· Translate enterprise strategy into clear market-level priorities, operating plans, and routines that drive consistency and agility across the field organization.
· Partner with the COO and cross-functional leaders across Culinary, Supply Chain, People and Culture, Finance, Development, Marketing, Technology, and Real Estate to align execution and remove barriers to growth.
· Coach and develop leaders-of-leaders, building a culture of accountability, recognition, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
· Lead change at scale, including new market entry, market densification, remodels, systems or process rollouts, and other strategic initiatives.
· Use data, trends, and field insight to identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting, and drive timely decision-making.
· Ensure disciplined compliance with food safety, labor, safety, and brand standards while protecting the guest and team member experience.
· Serve as an enterprise thought partner by providing field perspective on operating model design, productivity, training, and process simplification.
· Model CAVA's values and leadership expectations in a visible and consistent way across the portfolio.
The Qualifications:
· 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations, including significant responsibility for large, geographically dispersed teams.
· Demonstrated success leading leaders-of-leaders and managing complex, multi-state operations in a high-growth or highly dynamic environment.
· Strong financial acumen with experience owning large P&Ls, evaluating market performance, and building practical business plans tied to measurable outcomes.
· Track record of strengthening talent pipelines, building organizational capability, and leading through change and growth.
· Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across field and support center partners.
· Deep operational expertise with a disciplined, data-informed approach to execution, prioritization, and performance improvement.
· Passion for hospitality, people development, and culture-building in a fast-paced consumer-facing business.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geography and to support enterprise priorities as needed.
Physical Requirements:
· Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
· Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
· Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
· For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
· Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
