Program Overview
The CAVA Summer Internship Program offers students hands-on experience working alongside leaders across the business on high-impact projects and initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to real business challenges while developing professionally through mentorship, collaboration, and cross-functional learning opportunities.

Throughout the summer, interns will:
• Partner directly with department leaders and teams
• Support business projects and strategic initiatives
• Participate in weekly Lunch & Learn sessions with company leaders
• Build connections across the organization
• Complete and present a summer-long project at the conclusion of the program

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Interest in hospitality, restaurants, retail, consumer brands, or corporate operations preferred
