Support Center Coordinator

The Support Center Coordinator is a key member of the People & Culture team responsible for providing administrative assistance for our team members across the enterprise. This individual will work directly with and assist the People & Culture team to fulfill a variety of necessary People & Culture tasks, from office maintenance to administrative project support.  administering a variety of programs and procedures throughout the organization.  Additionally, this individual will work to ensure Team Member satisfaction through fostering a positive work environment. This position will work closely with other People & Culture teams as well as with cross functional partners to accomplish their duties.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to help ensure smooth daily operations in a temporary assignment from October 2026 through February 2027. 
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, conference room setup, and basic calendar support as needed.
  • Support office organization, including maintaining supplies, shared spaces, mail, packages, and common areas.
  • Help prepare, format, file, scan, and organize documents, reports, and other business materials.
  • Respond to general inquiries and route questions or requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Partner with internal teams on small projects, data entry, tracking, and follow-up items.
  • Support onsite meetings, events, or team gatherings with logistics, setup, and coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Take initiative to identify office needs and provide support where needed in a flexible, team-first manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and basic office technology.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting a broader team.
  • Positive attitude, strong judgment, and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
