The job role of HR Administrator:

SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle are an extremely busy, fast paced fine-dining operations, offering the most superior cuisine and dining experience to our guest.

The HR Administrator at SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle is an important role for the operation of our three restaurants and shared services areas. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities for HR Administrator:

·First point of contact for all HR queries within the department

·Manage all new starter administration

·Assists with the processing and filing of HR documents, such as employment verifications, curriculum vitae, starter forms, leaver forms, benefits enrollments

·Maintain employee records regarding attendance, annual leave, absence, leavers, starters and changes to personal details manually and electronically

·Data entry as needed into Fourth Hospitality HRIS

·Verify and maintain all supporting documents for payroll and payroll related transactions

·Process reservations for employees participating in the company dining programme

·Collate and communicate all Company announcements e.g. birthdays, new starters, promotions

·Oversee Employee of the Month programme

The successful candidate will ideally:

·Have a minimum of 1-year experience as a HR Administrator within the hospitality industry

·Have previous experience using Fourth HRIS.

·Be self-motivated and well organized

·Understand the importance of confidentially in HR

·Be confident, articulate and able to build positive relationships at all levels

·Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·Have basic knowledge of employment law

·Be proficient in Microsoft office software
