Reservations Supervisor

Your Role

The Reservations Supervisor at SUSHISAMBA® and Duck & Waffle is an important role for the operation of our restaurants.
Managing the team, leading by example, assisting the Reservation Manager in building an effective team, direction, co-ordination and evaluation of the Reservations Department. Ensuring that appropriate professional standards of behaviour work standards, productivity, practices and excellent customer care are consistent.

Other responsibilities include assisting the Reservations Manager in Training and Development of employees, departmental induction, weekly/monthly departmental meetings, planning, assigning and directing tasks. Reviewing with the Reservations Manager team work performance and conduct. Assisting Reservations Manager in addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Your Requirements:

As a Reservations Supervisor we would love you to have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality environment
• Knowledge of IT systems (Seven Rooms preferred)
• Excellent English spoken and reading skills
• Flexible hours
• Prior industry-related restaurant experience preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, written and verbal English language skills
• Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure
• Must be prompt, courteous and reliable
