Your Role:

SUSHISAMBA Group are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team. 

As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in shaping their experience from the very beginning. You'll manage reservation requests across our SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle locations, ensuring seamless communication between guests and the venue, and providing expert knowledge on our offerings, availability, and guest services.

Your Requirements:

As a Reservations Agent we would love you to have:

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
• Communicating clearly and effectively with guests and co-workers
• Answer telephones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting
• Answer all email enquiries promptly, accurately and with appropriate templates, if necessary
• Receive and record guests’ dining reservations on Seven Rooms, correctly and appropriately
• Knowledge of IT systems (Seven Rooms Preferred)
• Excellent English spoken and reading skills
• Flexible hours
• Prior industry-related restaurant experience preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, written and verbal English language skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure
• Must be prompt, courteous and reliable
