Your Role:

Our Beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for a Assistant Head Sommelier to oversee our beverage compliment across our stunning restaurant

You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine & beverages on offer whilst they dine. Assisting in the culture of passion and enthusiasm for wine/sake. Acting as a role model to all new employees and cultivating an excellent working partnership between the restaurant team and Sommelier team.

Your Requirements:

As a Assistant Head Sommelier we would love you to have:

  • At least 4 years as Senior Sommelier with knowledge of wine and beverages
  • Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
  • The ability to lead a team of Junior Sommeliers
  • Customer focus - demonstrating exceptional guest service
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • The ability to maintain and set processes and standards
