Your Requirements:
As a Barback, you will play a vital support role in the smooth operation of the bar, ensuring our bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for stocking and replenishing spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice, maintaining a clean, organised, and fully equipped bar at all times.
Working closely with the bar team, you will help prepare the bar for service, assist with opening and closing duties, remove used glassware, manage waste and recycling, and ensure all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this fast-paced environment, you will anticipate the needs of the bartenders, respond quickly during busy periods, and contribute to creating a seamless experience for our guests.
As a Barback, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience as a Barback or in a bar support role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A strong work ethic and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to remain organised and efficient under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within an ambitious and evolving company
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- The energy and enthusiasm to bring passion to everything you do
