Your Role:

SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas is looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our team. The Bar Manager is responsible for supervising and leading all aspects of the Beverage Program. The focus will be to drive the cocktail offering, staff training and scheduling, beverage quality and cost control, operational procedures, beverage inventory and purchasing. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for working the floor on occasion.

Your Requirements:

As a Bar Manager we would love you to have:

- At least 5 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a fast-paced similar environment
- Experience with opening and closing proceedures
- Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses
- Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards 
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
