The Role

The Cocktail Server's primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The {{'\{\{Job Title\}\}'}} takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

The Requirements

As a Cocktail Server, we would love you to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Ability to display warmth and hospitability
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plus
  • Must have a working knowledge of Micros or any POS system
