The Role
The Line Cook reports to the Executive Chef. The primary responsibility of the Line Cook is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Line Cook must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.
