The role:

The Human Resources Manager is the main point of contact for the People Function across all Swingers US venues and Head Office. They also play a critical role and partners with General Managers, Head of Sales and leaders across the business to support People Practices, while also serving as a primary contact for the hourly teams. The Human Resources Manager is uniquely positioned to promote the culture and values of swingers as the main point of contact from the People Team and provides day-to-day support to the business that facilitates informed decision making and proactive results.

 

Our perfect candidate has:

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management (hospitality industry experience is a plus)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·       Integrity and ability to maintain confidential information

·       Strong sense of morals, ethics, and self-discipline

·       Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong attention to detail

·       The ability to travel for work

·       The ability to work a variable schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays) per the needs of the business
