The role: 

The Repairs & Maintenance Technician ensures the venue facilities are maintained to an immaculate standard, further enhancing the guest experience. They perform all installations, repair, and upkeep operations of the venue facilities, and are responsible for ensuring they keep the visual aspects of the venue in excellent condition by executing an established proactive maintenance regime. 

Our perfect candidate has: 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a facilities or maintenance position.
• Experience using CMMS. 
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. 
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment 
• Ability to keep track of and report on all maintenance activity 
• Excellent communication at all levels 
• The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time 
• Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment 
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and (if needed due to extenuating circumstance) working nights, weekends, and holidays
