As our Taco Dumbo Is Hiring!
As our priority is always the safety of our guests and our team, we've added extra measures to ensure a safe space for us all.
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as a server
Responsibilities:
- Post daily sales journal entries
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices on craftable and submit payments to vendors in a timely manner, including rent and utilities.
- Compile invoices weekly, analyze food costs and report any discrepancies.
- Bank reconciliations: import bank transactions weekly and complete end of month bank reconciliations.
- Assist with updating balance sheet items, income statements, and other financials.
- Submit monthly sales tax.
- Prepare weekly flash and ad-hoc reports
- Be familiar with POS software (Toast) and reporting
- Experience in Restaurant365 and Craftable (Foodager/Bevager) preferable.
