ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Embody the Tacombi Service Culture
- Assist the GM to lead the execution of restaurant operations to ensure the Tacombi Brand Experience is being carried through
- Manage & motivate staff to ensure all guests are cared for
- Facilitate effective communication between FOH and BOH
- Execute administrative duties including: limited purchasing, inventory management, training and scheduling
- Oversee & lead FOH training


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 years of management experience
- Passion for hospitality & guest service
- An ability to lead & motivate your team
- Experience in team building & employee training
- Very high level of technical skills
