Junior Sous Chef - Fresh Italian Food
Take home £11.33 per hour
We’re looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food and service.
As our Junior Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen management including motivating and leading the team, ensuring food standards are kept high, ordering and supplier liaison, training and coaching more junior staff, assisting with the large functions that are held on site, as well as ensuring all HACCP and COSHH requirements.
About you
• You must have experience of working in premium branded high-volume restaurants serving high quality fresh food
• A strong multi-tasker and organised Junior Sous Chef, who ensures that all processes are followed and delivers on Health & Safety and Food Hygiene at all times.
• Assist the senior team by monitoring, controlling, order of food stock appropriate to sales levels and keep within budgets set for ordering
• An ambassador for our brand who lives our values of We are Welcoming, We take Pride & We are a Community
