Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts

Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met
Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor
Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
Communicate effectively with managers and team members
Previous experience in fast food or customer service preferred
Natural leadership skills and a positive attitude
