 Who We Are

Our Crack Shack family says birds of a feather flock together. Hence, we share an obsession for quality food and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for hospitality-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment. The Crack Shack has countless opportunities for internal development, as we are spreading our wings and expanding outside of our Southern California shack and beyond.

Team Service

If an area needs to be cleaned, jump in and lend a hand. If a guest needs assistance, approach them and see how you can help. There is no such thing anywhere in the restaurant as "it's not my job." Everything is everyone's job! Do whatever is necessary to make our guests enjoy their surroundings and their experience.
