Description
We're seeking an experienced kitchen manager to join our team at Ted's Bulletin! Ted's Bulletin is well-known for Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes and all-day breakfasts (which are all pretty great), but we're also much more than that. We run a scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients prepared onsite, offering a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine.

Our Kitchen Managers work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs to lead the heart of house team and ensure we provide an extraordinary dining experience for our guests. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques, and that food is being prepared to a consistently high quality. You'll ensure that food is prepared on time, that portions are correct, that the kitchen and equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, food is disposed of properly, and that the kitchen meets all standards.

Ideally, you'll have experience as a kitchen manager in a full service restaurant. You'll need to be well-organized with strong attention to detail. You'll be experienced at providing leadership to a heart of house team, and be strong at problem-solving. You must be able to spend most of your time in the kitchen, on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time. The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.
