CHEF DE PARTIE – UP TO £15 PER HOUR PLUS TRONC


The Food Vision: Cook with Pride, Master Your Section, and Join the Best Sunday Roast Team in Farnham.

We are looking for a passionate and focused Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the brigade at The Tellers Arms, a beautiful Young’s pub with 9 boutique bedrooms in the heart of Farnham.

We believe in gloriously good food. Our reputation is built on delivering a proper pub menu packed with nostalgic classics and elevated dishes. We work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and demand perfection on every plate, from our hearty Full English to our legendary Sunday Roasts. If you take pride in producing perfect plates of food, we want you on our team.

The Kitchen & The Role

As the newest addition to Farnham’s Castle Street, our kitchen and equipment are in superb condition. This is an ideal environment to hone your skills, master your section, and learn from experienced leaders.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

• Section Ownership: Running a clean, efficient, and organised section in the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and speed of service.

• Skill Development: Working with the Head and Sous Chefs to understand the food vision, master recipes, and contribute to the execution of seasonal specials.

• Standards: Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety (HACCP) at all times.

• Teamwork: Actively supporting the team during busy service times and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
