We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Bar Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team and elevate the drink experience at The Teller’s Arms. You will be enthusiastic & driven to spearhead our beverage offer, championing exceptional cask, craft, wine, and cocktail standards while training our team to deliver world-class service.

You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

Our vision? To be a living room for the community — a welcoming, down-to-earth space where people feel at home, enjoy great drinks, nostalgic food, and experience genuine hospitality every time they walk through the door.

Located on Farnham’s Castle Street, our stunning historic former bank building features 9 boutique bedrooms, a semi-private dining space, and a breath-taking rooftop terrace.

What’s On Your Plate:

• Raising the Bar: Lead all bar operations with confidence, creativity, and calm, ensuring fast, flawless service across our bustling pub, stunning rooftop terrace, and dining spaces.
  
• Liquid Craftsmanship: Take complete ownership of our beverage program—driving quality control, expert cellar management, cocktail development, and accurate stock ordering.
  
• Ambition: Work closely with our General Manager to maximize wet-sales, introduce exciting new drinks menus, and position our bar as Farnham's ultimate destination for drinks enthusiasts.
  
• Camaraderie: Train, mentor, and inspire our team on product knowledge, speed of service, and cocktail curation, creating a fun, high-energy environment behind the bar.
  

• Host with the Most: Be a visible, welcoming presence on the floor, building lasting relationships with locals, regulars, and visitors alike.
