The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant behind the Bar, you will deliver a first-class service to our customers by serving alcohol, cocktails and soft drinks, managing stock, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness all whilst following UK licensing requirements.

You will eventually be trained across all key areas of the centre, including working in Reception and in the Kitchen. You’ll be hands-on in running our 4D Laser Arena, hosting immersive Escape Room experiences, and managing our Karaoke Rooms to keep the energy high and the fun flowing, this is to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service.

We're looking for confident, friendly candidates with outstanding customer service skills. Given the responsibility of serving alcohol, candidates must be at least 18 years old, in compliance with UK law.

Skills You Need

• Previous bar experience
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
• Can multi-task and have exceptional organisational skills, and strong attention to detail
• Full flexibility in your working schedule, especially evenings and weekends.
• Be approachable and helpful
• A strong team player
