Join us at The BoTree as we launch an exciting new model of Conscious Luxury, where wellbeing, culture and community sit at the heart of a world-class hotel experience. The BoTree Wellness Club will be a social wellness private members club that blends wellbeing, culture and meaningful connection within a luxury hotel setting. As we prepare for launch, we are seeking an experienced Membership Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team. This is a commercially accountable role responsible for building, curating and retaining a high-quality founding membership base. Reporting to the Director of Membership, you will play a key role in shaping the club’s membership strategy while delivering against clear sales, conversion and retention targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a targeted membership pipeline through outreach, referrals and curated activations
  • Delivering monthly sales, conversion and retention targets
  • Hosting private previews, tours and experiences for prospective members
  • Managing the onboarding journey from application to induction
  • Monitoring engagement, renewals and retention performance
  • Supporting the development of membership structures, pricing and CRM processes during pre-opening
  • Maintaining a visible presence within the club and building strong member relationships
  • Collaborating with Wellness, F&B and Marketing teams to drive engagement initiatives
  • Tracking activity within CRM systems and providing clear reporting and insight
About You

You are a relationship-led sales professional with strong commercial discipline and experience in premium membership environments.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years’ experience within a private members club, premium fitness club, wellness club or subscription-based membership model
  • Proven experience managing the full membership pipeline from enquiry through to onboarding and renewal
  • Strong understanding of conversion, retention and engagement metrics
  • Experience using membership CRM systems (PeopleVine experience desirable)
  • Excellent organisation, reporting and data discipline
  • Experience in a pre-opening or launch environment preferred
  • A genuine passion for wellness, community building and curated member experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with member events
