We are 8 public houses with destination dining rooms in Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone, Mayfair and Notting Hill. We have 16 boutique hotel rooms in 3 of our pubs.

We are looking for a Head Waiter to Speer head this exiting new venture for our Restaurant in the heart of Knightsbridge led by our incredible General Manager Tulio.

The restaurant will be doing fine table service including filleting fish table side, flambe-ing etc. if this sounds like you or anyone you know might be interested please get in touch.

We are currently recruiting for Bartenders to join our team, hospitality first, service second. We will train and develop you as much as you need. A smile and ‘can do’ attitude is more important to us than experience.
