The Alfred Tennyson in Belgravia is an elegant pub with a lively bar, stylish dining spaces and a buzzing local following. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join the team and deliver exceptional drinks and service.

As Bartender, you’ll be at the centre of the guest experience – whether it’s pouring the perfect pint, crafting a classic cocktail, or recommending a fine wine. You’ll bring personality, professionalism and energy to every shift, ensuring every guest feels welcome.

• Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard.

• Deliver warm, engaging and knowledgeable service.

• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked at all times.

• Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

• Share knowledge of menus, wines and cocktails with confidence.

• Support your teammates and contribute to a fun, professional environment.

• Previous bar experience in a quality hospitality setting.

• Passion for drinks, pubs and great guest service.

• Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.

• Ability to stay calm and thrive under pressure.

• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
