We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant People & Culture Manager / Senior People and Culture Officer to join the team and play a key role in fostering a positive work environment that reflects our commitment to service excellence and providing support across the club while managing the day to day running of our vibrant People & Culture Department.
About the role:
The Assistant People & Culture Manager/ Senior People & Culture Officer is pivotal in supporting the seamless execution of the People & Culture strategies, with a focus on employee relations, employee engagement and recruitment. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, the successful candidate will contribute to shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture while driving the club's people initiatives.
This will be an On-Site role based in our lovely office just two blocks away from the Club.
Successful applicants will become part of a fun, dynamic team who work closely with the operations teams that bring The Arts Club to life on the daily basis.
