The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

The Club provides its members with a home away from home: a sanctuary for those seeking comfort, hospitality and elegance, with a level of quality, service and attention to detail that will leave them wanting for nothing.

Reservations Agent will be responsible for providing excellent, professional, warm and friendly service to our members and their guests in line with the Club standards. He/she will handle table reservations and control the flow of members. He/she will work with the rest of the team to uphold correct booking policies and other Club rules while delivering courteous service and ensuring strong member recognition at all times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Answer all incoming reservations calls as quickly as possible, and maximize covers to achieve the daily recommended target
• Ensure to confirm all booking and reservations within 24 hours
• Take and manage new reservations while adding them to SevenRooms
• Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets
• their needs
• Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are
• followed up and actioned
• Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout
• service to maximize guests’ expectations
• Maintain personal knowledge of all Club’s members and refresh your knowledge constantly

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
• Ability to work long shifts and be flexible with your time
