Location:
The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) has a great location in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is stunning, a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey- coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of multi- award-winning gardens. We are proud to have won awards at 5-star level for over ten years and we are seeking sparkling new personalities to join our family.
The Role:
Come and join our team as a Food & Beverage Manager and let your passion and personality shine
Our culture is important to us, and we encourage everyone in our teams to show thoughtfulness towards each other and our guests.
As a Food & Beverage Manager you will lead our restaurant team across our different Food & Beverage outlets and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
At the heart of the hotel is our celebrated 3 AA Rosette Priory Restaurant, with magnificent views across the hotel’s award-winning gardens. Our menu offers a memorable culinary journey. We focus on fresh local produce, flavour, and balance to create exciting, modern European dishes that epitomize the best seasonal dining. Complemented by an exemplary wine cellar, we ensure every detail of your dining experience is perfectly paired.
Escape the hustle and bustle of Bath's city centre and opt for a cosy, casual dining experience with a warm, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere at our Pantry Restaurant. Our all-new, vibrant, and informal menu, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and supper, is packed with seasonal, light, and exciting dishes.
The Terrace at The Bath Priory is a very special spot for alfresco dining and drinking, backed in early summer by the scented wisteria-clad walls of the hotel and overlooking four acres of beautiful gardens. The perfect spot for a glass of Champagne or any other choice of tipple, everyone is welcome, whether to eat or enjoy a drink, with the terrace open from 8 am until late.

Work/life, or as it should be called life/work balance is important to us all, so we will always try to be fair with our rotas. We just ask that you can be flexible with us, so we can be flexible with you in return.
Bonus: That's right- we have a management bonus scheme at our hotels- for all Heads of Department positions and above. We'll let you know all about this at the interview!
To say thank you, we have many perks:
About our family of hotels
We bring a family of hotels together under one roof, ready to welcome guests with open arms, warm hearts and experiences that are simply memorable.
Each of our hotels are unique, individual, and quirky in personality. Quality is fundamental to everything we do, and it is the simple things that matter. We believe everyone should feel included, special and welcome, and that applies to our team and our guests.
We have very unique hotels in very special locations, from the award winning Gidleigh Park in Devon, the 900-year-old Amberley Castle to our cool city centre Abode Manchester set in a 19th century textile factory, two minutes from Piccadilly train station – to see the whole group, take a look here www.brownswordhotels.co.uk
