Description
We are on the lookout for a new upbeat and positive part-time Shift Supervisor who knows there way around a cellar and is confident with the odd cocktail or two. We're a Mon-Fri bar so you'll get your weekends to yourself. We're a small friendly team, but we are part of a larger pub group so there's room for growth for the right candidate. Passion for good beer and good times a must!
Responsibilities:
- Key holder
- Supervise bar tenders - Train, motivate and & deliver excellent customer service.
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures
- Adhere to licensing & compliance regulations.
- Support the GM in the running of the over all site.
Experience:
- 1 year experience in similar role essential.
- Cocktail trained.
- Cellar trained.
- Experience leading a small team on shift.
