• Develop departmental performance standards in alignment with legal and best practice protocols.
• Ensure Finance team adheres to standards, with guidance from Group Financial Controller.
• Review and enhance departmental operations to drive improvement and maximise profitability.
• Manage budget, business plan, and financial reporting processes.
• Control departmental costs and oversee balance sheet reconciliation.
• Lead Hotel Finance Teams to maintain company standards and efficient operations.
• Prepare and manage forecasts, management accounts, and internal controls.
• Conduct financial performance reviews and maintain compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.

• Finance Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance management in a hotel backgroun
• Understanding of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in self-accounting environment.
• Experience in budgeting, implementing financial systems, payroll, and purchasing.
• Finance qualification and familiarity with Harri Payroll system, Sage, Birch Street & Procure Wizard is a plus.
