The Botree luxury hotel is bringing together the team to deliver conscious luxury to our discerning guests. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Night Guest Experience Host [Night Receptionist].

Key responsibilities are to ensure that all guest needs are met, standards of operation are always adhered to and service expectations are exceeded. Through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality we deliver incredible guest experiences. 

A pleasant and positive attitude is essential and to promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Salary: up to £29,000 per annum

Essential attributes for this role are:

• Previous, relevant experience in a hotel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Distinctive, professional and warm personality
