We are now seeking an exceptional Night Guest Experience Host [Night Receptionist] to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

As a Night Guest Experience Host, you are part of the front office team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

Our Night Guest Experience Host key responsibilities:

·       Part of the front office team, ensuring smooth operations and guest safety and satisfaction.

·       Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.

·       Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.

·       Foster a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.

What We’re Looking For in our Night Guest Experience Host:

·       Experience in guest experience roles within luxury hotels.

·       Experience of working at night in a busy environment.

·       Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.

·       A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a shift rota including weekends.
