  • Lead, coach and develop Front Office colleagues, ensuring timely completion of progress reviews, with regular feedback and a focus on development.
  • Manage schedules, and holiday planning to maintain appropriate cover, fair working practices and team wellbeing.
  • Champion warm, intuitive and personalised luxury service, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with confidence and care.
  • Maintain high standards of guest safety, operational accuracy and effective use of Opera, Harri, Alert65 and Knowcross.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations and other departments to ensure excellent communication and a seamless guest journey.
  • Monitor guest feedback and operational performance, ensuring completion of mandatory compliance training and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead by example with a visible, approachable management style, fostering a culture of respect, accountability and service excellence.

About You

You will be an experienced Front Office leader from a luxury hotel environment, with a proven ability to unite teams, develop people and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will bring empathy, energy and sound judgement to the role, balancing high service standards and operational performance with genuine care for team wellbeing and a positive working environment.

You will share our passion for luxury hospitality and sustainability. This is a full-time, onsite role of 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota that includes weekends and Executive Manager shifts.
