We are looking for a Reservations & Groups Agent to join our Revenue Team. This role plays a key part in maximising revenue opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional booking experience for our guests. Working closely with the Revenue, Sales and Front Office teams, you will manage reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and outstanding customer service throughout the booking journey.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage reservations, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to reservation enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients and internal stakeholders, delivering a personalised and seamless booking experience.
  • Co-ordinate reservations, rooming lists, amendments and special requests relevant teams.  
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles within the hotel's reservation systems.
  • Monitor room availability and work closely with the Revenue Team to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure all rates, packages and booking details are entered accurately and in line with hotel procedures.
  • Liaise with Front Office and other operational departments to ensure smooth arrivals and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support revenue initiatives, upselling opportunities and promotional campaigns where appropriate.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while maintaining The BoTree's luxury service standards.

About You

You will have experience within hotel reservations, revenue or a customer service environment and understand the importance of delivering an exceptional guest journey from the very first interaction.

Passionate about hospitality, you will demonstrate professionalism, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will enjoy building relationships with guests and colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and service excellence are essential.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in hotel reservations.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a team.
  • Experience using hotel reservation systems (Hilton systems knowledge is advantageous).
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue opportunities and upselling.
  • A positive, professional and collaborative approach to working across departments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
