We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MICE
Sales Manager to join the Sales Team at The BoTree, the award-winning
hotel, located in the centre of Marylebone.
Reporting to the Director of Sales our MICE Sales Manager
will drive sales, increase market share and successfully coordinate events
related to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions.
Our MICE Sales Manager key responsibilities will be:
- Develop
and implement our sales strategy.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct
research to identify, qualify and establish new business contacts, clients
and agencies in domestic and international markets.
- Oversee
the planning and execution of MICE.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to optimise event logistics, pricing and service
offerings.
- Monitor
industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
What we would like Our MICE Sales Manager to
bring:
- 2
years’ experience in Events and Groups sales, within the 5* luxury market.
- Ability
to quickly drive proactive sales using industry knowledge and client
relationships.
- Demonstrated
record of accomplishment of follow through and delivery.
- Strong
relationships with group clients in the 5* luxury market.
- An
understanding of revenue management and segment contribution
- Ability
to travel and attend international tradeshows.
- Share
